Information for Presenting Authors

Talk Information

Contributed talks are 10 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes of questions.

The projector has a VGA cable. Macintosh adaptors are not provided. Macintosh users should bring their own adaptors.

A sound jack is also available.

The current in France is 220V. If your computer doesn’t have a European plug, please remember to bring an adaptor.

Poster Information

Posters should be max. 118.8 cm x 97.7 cm in PORTRAIT format.

(We recommend A0 paper size in portrait format, which is 118.8 cm x 84.1 cm.)

Material to attach the posters (tape, pegs, etc.) will be provided.
